Learn to Play Lacrosse - The Right Way!
Did you know that 80% of women’s and men’s college lacrosse practices are dedicated to fundamental lacrosse stick work? This fall, train like a collegiate athlete with former collegiate, professional and international lacrosse player Eric Martin. In this six session series, participants new to intermediate will learn and refine how tos like: Pass and Catch with a Purpose, Shoot on the Run, Step Down and Quick Stick, How to Cut and Dodge and more! Proper mechanics, stick techniques, footwork and fun will be emphasized throughout.
Workouts are specifically designed for our LS cohorts identified below. This is a non-contact, speed version of lacrosse, fundamentals will be highlighted – equipment will be provided on site.
Who: Kindergarten – 5th grade, girls and boys. Split into cohorts K-2 and 3-5.
When: Tuesdays from 3:00pm to 4:45pm. Lacrosse Club runs for six weeks. See calendar here for specific dates.
Where: Tahoe Expedition Academy @ MVEF Campus Field.

Capacity: 15 student per cohort.
What to Bring: Water bottle, snack, athletic clothes, cleats and a coachable disposition. If your child doesn’t have a lacrosse stick it will be provided.
