Mountain Biking TEAm is back to compete in the NICA League!
This fun, competitive TEAm is back and better than ever. Designed for 6th to 12th graders, who are able to train three days per week during the season, and compete in scheduled NICA races this Fall. Participants will train hard and learn the how to’s of riding single track – challenge by choice of course! Mountain Biking is one of the best sports Tahoe has to offer – let’s Ride!
Coaches: Kimberly Larson, Mike Perun, Katy Kimple, and Eric Martin.
Who: For student-athletes in grades 6th through 12th, who are able to train three days per week during the season.
When: Practices will take place Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

- September 27 @ Mammoth, CA
- October 18 @ Tahoe Donner – Truckee, CA.
- October 25 @ Sierra Vista Bike Park – Reno, NV.
Where: Practices will happen on great single track trails near Truckee Base Camp and in Tahoe Basin.
TEAm size: Limited to 20 participants.
Expectations: This is a competitive TEAm, student-athletes are expected to attend each practice and competition. 100% effort and attendance is the expectation.
Equipment: Students must provide the following: Front or full suspension mountain bike, bike helmet, gloves, hydration system and personal bike repair kit. Dress for riding and weather.
Cost: $200 for the season.
