Tee it High, Let it Fly
Golf Team – High school student-athletes will train with local, expert golf pros, as well as our teacher-coaches on nearby 9 and 18 hole courses. This is an intermediate and up training team, experience is required as is a keen interest in improving and playing golf. Participants must be able to play nine holes of golf and capable in most facets of the game like putting, chipping, irons and driving. Course play is generally held at Lahontan, Martis, Brockway, and Ponderosa in the fall, and in Reno and Truckee during the spring, subject to course availability.

Instructors: Local golf pros and Teacher-Coach, Steph Brodi, David Maher and John Drum.
Who: 9th to 12th grade students.
When:
- Fall – Sessions are typically Mondays and Wednesdays (3:30pm – 5:30pm). Sessions are schedule HERE, and begin on Wednesday, Sept 11th. The season is planned to run twice a week into mid October.
- Spring – Mid April thru May on Mondays and Wednesdays (3:30pm – 5:30pm) as course availability permits.
Where: 9 and 18 hole courses in Tahoe, Truckee and Reno.
TEAm size: Limited to 14 participants.
Cost: $300 (Fall Pricing)
Expectations: TEAm spots are limited, committed student-athletes only. Committed means 100% attendance for practices and events.
Equipment: For each outing the participant must provide; golf clubs, attire and footwear (weather and course appropriate), hat and sunglasses.
