Tennis TEAm - Learn How to Play the Right Way!
Tennis TEAm returns this Spring at Martis Camp instructed by international tennis professionals. Training sessions will focus on footwork, movement, hand eye focus, volleying, serving, and game IQ! Space is limited to 14 student-athletes in 7th – 12th grade. Because of the short spring season, and limited court space, makeup dates for field studies will not be possible.

Coach: Martis Head Tennis Pro, Monika Andrada. Born and raised in Poland, Monika’s passion for tennis began at the age of 6 and over 25 years later, still remains strong. As a former top 10 junior in the Polish tennis ranking, Monika earned numerous national medals and competed at an international level which eventually led her to the University of Nevada, Reno, where she played collegiate tennis until her graduation. After graduation, Monika joined the university team’s coaching staff as a Graduate Assistant Coach while at the same time pursuing her master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling at North Park University in Chicago.
Who: For student-athletes from 7th to 12th grade. All experience levels and abilities are welcome.
When: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:30pm – 4:30pm, beginning May 14th. All dates are scheduled on the school calendar here.

Where: Martis Camp Tennis Pavilion.
TEAm size: Limited to 14 student-athletes.
Equipment: Participants are required to bring tennis rackets, shoes and athletic clothing for each outing. Please come prepared to exercise, bring a snack and water bottle as well.
Transportation: Will be provided by bus from campus (depart at ~ 2:10pm) to Martis Tennis Pavilion. Parents are responsible for pick up at 4:30pm sharp from Martis Tennis Pavilion.
