CrossFit
Build strength, agility, and confidence
Squat, press, deadlift, and clean! These are the core complex and functional movements that TEA student-athletes will hone this Spring in CrossFit. CrossFit combines weightlifting, high intensity training, and gymnastics to deliver optimal health and performance. Participating in CrossFit boosts strength, flexibility, agility, aerobic fitness, and most importantly, confidence! In collaboration with Dreamtown CrossFit, this program is designed for High School Students looking to prepare or cross train for spring sports or simply wanting to improve their fitness. While CrossFit specific experience isn’t required , a real commitment to building strength, fitness and a positive attitude are a must!
