After School

Culinary Club

Chop, Flavor, Heat, and Eat!

In our newest offering this Spring, students will learn essential, healthy and long lasting culinary skills from local chef, restaurant owner and caterer, Britt Galler. Participants will learn how to effectively and safely use kitchen tools, prep ingredients, flavor and seasoning techniques to cook and create delicious meals. A new subject will be introduced every week, ranging from soups to sweets! Students will leave each session with a new recipe, cooking skill, and goodies to share with the family. Students will gain confidence and independence in the kitchen and perhaps they even start cooking meals for the entire family?!
