Chop, Flavor, Heat, and Eat!
In our newest offering of the ‘22 school year students will learn essential, healthy and long lasting culinary skills from local food truck owner and master chef, Ross Kilkenny. In his state of the art, functional food truck, Mixed Menu. Participants will learn how to utilize prep work, great ingredients, heat, flavor and seasoning techniques to create delicious meals – perhaps they even start cooking savory meals for the entire family?!
Instructed by Master Chef, Ross Kilkenny: Chef Ross Kilkenny has been cooking professionally for 22 years. With an established resume working at several Michelin restaurants, Relais and Châteaux properties, and luxury resorts, Ross has chosen the Tahoe area to bring his latest projects to life. Most recently Ross was Executive Chef at Calistoga Ranch, an Auberge Resort in the Napa Valley. Ross brings with him his Napa Valley flair with sourcing local products to go with his bold flavors.
