High School Ski TEAm
Slalom and Giant Slalom Ski Racing at its Best!
Back from a long hiatus, our competitive High School Ski TEAm trains and competes in slalom and giant slalom events at local ski resorts like Sugar Bowl, Palisades Tahoe and Northstar, with Championships Races at Mammoth Mountain. Our official California Nevada Interscholastic Ski and Snowboard Federation (CNISSF) race season begins in January and ends with the state championships in March. Races alternate between Sugar Bowl, Palisades Tahoe and Northstar Ski Resorts.
Who: 9th – 12th grade student-athletes
When: January – March
Where: Training sessions at Northstar, with races all over the Tahoe Basin / Truckee.
Coaches: Will be announced to registered students and their families.
Schedule: Listed on the school calendar, the practice schedule will be share out internally.
TEAm Size: Designed for five or more student-athletes with ski experience and ideally some race experience.
Competition: This TEAm will compete locally and abroad in CNISSF (CIF) sanctioned races.
